After you type in a couple of sizes for the area, not only do you have the results in seconds, you will also be able to view and print out the floor plan. For carpet it will show the carpet layout and the breakdown of the balance for the fills.

This will show the size needed and the sq feet. It will be easier to show and explain how you came up with the quantity if the customer can visually see a floor plan drawn to a scale and not one drawn free hand on a scrap of paper.with no scale ratio nor proportionate to the real areas.
