Appointment Scheduler
The simple Scheduler in this version allows you to schedule appointments for 3 different services, Measurements, Repairs and Installations. Each service has it's own color code and appointments can be scheduled up to 28 days from your current date. Once a day has past the information for that day will be erase so it doesn't take up disk space.
Each appointment displays the town so you know at a glance what area you will be in on a given day. This helps you to geographically set up your appointments which will cut down on your driving time. (example: you make a sale on monday and the customer lives in SomePlace City, you look at the scheduler and you
see that thursday you will be in that same town or a
town nearby for another service so you schedule them in for the same day in another time slot.)
Moving your mouse over any of the city/town names and the customers name, address and phone number will be displayed.
Select a time slot with the mouse of space bar then enter the customer info, select the service and enter the number of 30 minute increments you think you will need for that particular service.
